It isn't impossible. It isn't even as difficult as it may seem.

According to Malcolm Gladwell, sociological or cultural change can and will spread like a virus, or like herd immunity, once a critical mass of people adhere to the belief. That critical mass is roughly 20% of a population.*

The Point: We do not have to convince everybody that prejudice and racism not only hurt the Czech Republic, but also hurts business and our well being, we just need to have 20% of the people be vocal, to stand up and say "No, we are better than that."

Question: How many Czech immigrants were accepted to western countries during communism?

*Note: This is an oversimplification of Gladwell’s 80/20 principle, but the basic idea is correct: We don’t have to get everybody on board, which would be impossible and daunting.
