Butterflies & Hurricanes is a female-led highly creative and dynamic design studio in Prague, Czech Republic. We are on a mission to make the world a better place through design, increasing design literacy of the general populace, and spreading sustainable design and business models.

We are looking for junior and senior designers who:

have strong people-centered values and crave work with a higher purpose
believe in the transformative power of design to make the world a better place

are not afraid to take risks, make mistakes, and stand up for what they believe in
have international experience in packaging design, branding and corporate identity
have an understanding of sustainable design and customer-centricity

are progressive, even radical, in their thinking, but know the realistic demands of modern consumers
know the demands of sustainable industry
understand the processes of production, distribution and sale

are an avid fan of The Dieline, Pearlfisher’s Challengers & Icons podcast, and TED Talks (especially in the area of design, sustainability and the circular economy)
have all the necessary skills and experience to work in a top design firm
